Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your reserved time slot. Prompt arrival at the designated location is necessary; otherwise, your reservation may be forfeited. Booking Rules: The minimum age for participation in our games is 13 years old. Refrain from consuming any drugs or alcohol on the premises. Respect the privacy of others, including refraining from taking photographs inside the premises. Adherence to safety guidelines and instructions from staff members is mandatory. Any damage to equipment within the premises is the responsibility of the participant.
